Terms and Conditions
Conditions applicable to the purchase of and participation in the Dinner Club Experience on 25 July 2026.
Last updated: July 2026. The purchase of ULIA × Hagakure NōH Samba — Dinner Club Experience implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. The experience
The reservation includes the seven-impression tasting journey by Hagakure NōH Samba, the curated wine and beverage pairing, access to the ULIA night and a wristband granting access to the Natuzzi VIP Lounge, with a dedicated bar and services. The reservation is confirmed only once payment has been completed.
2. Price and payment
The price is €200 per guest. Payment is processed through Stripe. The reservation is valid once the transaction has been confirmed and the related confirmation notice has been sent.
3. Refund policy
A full refund may be requested up to and including 18 July 2026, at least seven days before the event. After this deadline, the reservation is non-refundable.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Non-attendance or late arrival does not entitle the guest to a refund. Under European law, leisure services scheduled for a specific date are exempt from the ordinary right of withdrawal; the refund option stated above is therefore the commercial policy applied by the Organizer.
4. Name changes
The participant name may be changed free of charge by 6:00 PM on the day before the event, subject to prior notice to the Organizer.
5. Allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements
Any allergies, food intolerances or special dietary requirements must be indicated during booking and, in any event, communicated at least 96 hours before the event begins.
The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests received within the stated timeframe, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. Requirements not communicated, or communicated after the deadline, may not be manageable and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Seating assignment
Seats will be assigned by management according to the layout and organizational requirements of the event.
Seating at the same table or in adjacent seats is guaranteed only for guests whose seats were purchased in the same transaction. During booking, guests may request to be seated near another reservation; the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee it.
7. Timing and punctuality
Guest arrival begins at 8:30 PM and the tasting journey begins at 9:30 PM simultaneously for all guests. Guests are advised to arrive by 9:00 PM. In the event of late arrival, the Organizer cannot guarantee the recovery of courses already served.
8. Menu and organizational changes
The menu, pairing, timing, programme and seating layout may be changed due to ingredient availability or technical, organizational or safety requirements, while maintaining the quality level of the experience.
9. Cancellation, weather and force majeure
If the event cannot take place due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, it may be rescheduled or cancelled with a refund of the price paid. Any additional costs incurred by the participant are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Admission and conduct
The Organizer may deny or revoke admission to anyone engaging in dangerous, offensive or otherwise inappropriate conduct. No refund will be due in such cases.
11. Photography and video
Photography and audiovisual recording may take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in contextual images, in accordance with applicable law.
12. Disputed payments and fraud
The Organizer may cancel reservations made using fraudulent, disputed or unauthorized payment methods, as well as reservations made in breach of these terms.
